We are an NCA-registered building contractor working across Nairobi and Kenya, custom homes, renovations, extensions and turnkey fit-out. Most of our work is on the plots described in our areas pages, and most of our clients are building once in their lives.
How we work
- A priced bill of quantities before you commit, the document that makes builders comparable.
- Staged payments tied to measured milestones, by M-Pesa with a receipt at each stage.
- Written variation orders for anything that changes, approved before the work happens.
- County and NEMA costs quoted as separate visible lines, never folded into a rate.
- A defects liability period after handover, stated in months on your contract.
- We will tell you at brief stage if the budget and the brief do not meet.
Credentials
Our NCA registration number and category, the name and qualification of our technical director, our public liability and workmen's compensation cover, and the defects liability period we work to are all set out in writing with the tender documents, before any contract is signed.
